![]() I wouldn’t go so far as to say that having been many times but what Salesforce Park offers by comparison is it has much more “going on” and more public activities than the Hi-Line. We had a friend visiting from NY who declared the park as good or even better than the Hi-Line. Riding the escalator down into the finished “lobby” of the transit center is a visual treat as well with flowers and birds covering the floor. And for those who worry about whatever an abundance of security and SF Police on bicycles are present. There is a very good sized outdoor stage with lawn seating for performances I presume. We were there during lunch time so all the many tables, chairs, benches were filled with people enjoying their lunches. Large outdoor seating area with food and beer and wine. Landscaping designs from all different spectrums. It is impossible to describe just how much is going on in the park. Enjoy fun and educational songs, rhymes and stories with Main Children's Center librarians in this special storytime for toddlers, preschoolers, and their families every Wednesday in the Main Plaza of Salesforce Transit Center Park, in the rooftop garden. ![]() Took the tram up and were deposited on an oval pathway creating a loop walk offering rooftop views of the downtown skyscrape. Took the ferry into San Francisco Thursday and walked up to the newly reopened (closed for major repairs shortly after grand opening) Salesforce Transit Rooftop Park.
